Job Responsibilities:

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance overall customer engagement. The focus will be on creating and executing rewards and loyalty programs, along with automated campaigns, aimed at increasing revenue per active consumer, driving visits, and reducing churn of valuable customers.

Customer Segmentation:

✅Utilize data insights to generate recommendations for upselling and increasing revenue per patient.
✅Extract deep insights about customers to improve retention, predict churn, and discover new ways to delight and retain them.

Loyalty Program Management:

✅Establish and optimize loyalty programs to drive cross-product adoption and improve retention rates and lifetime value.
✅Lead projects related to loyalty marketing, loyalty program design, data-based marketing, wallet, subscription, coupon schemes, and referral programs.
✅Utilize CRM tools to create customer journeys that enhance engagement and revenue generation.
✅Conduct research and data-based diagnostic assessments to measure the effectiveness of loyalty and CRM programs, benchmarking them against industry best practices.
✅Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, tracking, reporting, and auditing key performance metrics for loyalty, retention, and related functions.

Marketing Automation:

✅Design and implement automated marketing campaign flows.
✅Manage customer experience campaigns across business verticals.
✅Develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs (email, SMS, app notifications) with segmentation, testing, and deployment.
✅Maintain integration of Marketing Automation with CRM and explore integration with additional platforms.
✅Analyze campaign metrics, report campaign performance to the marketing team, and provide recommendations for improvement.
✅Collaborate with management to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance.
✅Conduct A/B testing to enhance productivity, conversion rates, program/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
✅Proactively research and implement best practices, strategies, and industry standards in marketing automation efforts and processes.
✅Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.

Qualifications:

✅Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, or related fields.
✅5-7 years of experience in automation and customer lifecycle management roles.
✅Proficiency in marketing automation tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Clevertap, Adobe.
✅Strong problem-solving, data visualization, and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging senior management with data.
✅Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
✅Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, marketing, and creative teams.
